All requests will get directed to me I will get back to you as promptly as I can. Please note that I do not work Sundays except for clients who have a need that I have agreed to meet on a specified Sunday. Comox Valley home property inquiries are best made through the forms on my website.


If you send me a contact form on Sunday I will likely not reply until Sunday evening when I prepare for the upcoming work week. Monday through Saturday (unless I am away) I will get back to you promptly.When I am with clients I do not answer my phone or reply to emails so as to give them my full attention. I will get back to you when I have completed my dealings with them. If you call me and do not get an answer please send me an email for fill out a contact form and send it to me.


The fastest way for clients to get in touch with me is via my direct line. I answer it personally except when I am with other clients or when I am away. If you do not get an answer please send me an email or text and I will respond to you as soon as I can. If you send me an email and I am away you will be notified of my status via email. If you send me a text this notification is not currently a feature of my text plan.I will reply to you as soon as I can while respecting the following business order of priority:

  • Current clients
  • Past clients
  • Prospective clients
  • Casual inquiries

Clients are the foundation of my business and they keep me in business.Current clients will always have top priority with me.Prospective clients are also very important so if you are making first contact with me, please let me know of any interest that you may have in becoming a client. When I have time I will also reply to casual inquiries for information.

Clients have my direct contact information. If you are not a client, your can contact me through any of the forms on this website and I will get back to you as soon as I can. You can also contact me through RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty in Comox and they can send me a page. While this method will work, pages are not always reliable. While I work out of the RE/MAX office in Comox, I will meet clients at either the Comox or Courtenay office. Please let me know where you prefer to meet in advance so that I can work our meetings into my schedule.


When contacting me, please bear in mind that I am often on the road showing homes or working for clients. I am rarely actually in the office so it is always a good idea to check ahead with me to schedule meetings with me. If you not familiar with the area and want to know how to get to the Comox office, there is a search box where you can enter your location and a route will be drawn from that location to the office.


The RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty office hours displayed are routine hours. When I am chasing down information for clients or working on a real estate transaction my hours will be extended. At times, I will be fully engaged in negotiations on offers until the offer is agreed and accepted.
