The following map shows the location of Foxxwood Heights in Comox, BC. Foxxwood Heights is located close to the Highlands High School in Comox. In the 1980s it was the high end subdivision and one of the more desirable places to live in the area. While is is now a very well established neighbourhood there still is the odd new home being built to replace some that are more dated.
The main street and access from the south is Highwood Drive off Guthrie Road. This road ambles throughout the neighbourhood and connects with Cambridge Road to the north. While a variety of nice homes can be located throughout this subdivision, Kingsley Crescent is known for some of the nicer higher end homes. Other nice homes are located on Eastwicke Crescent, Deal Street, Beaconsfield Crescent, Kelsey Court, Garston Crescent and Islington Crescent.
This area is located just off Pritchard Road which is a main access road leading out to the airport and the nearby Canadian Forces Base. It is also a few minutes from the downtown core as well as close to the dairy farm located on the Eastern boundary or Comox between Pritchard and Anderton. The farm was established in 1836 and it is a well know area landmark.
The homes in this area range from very traditional homes with main level entry and main floor living to those with the main living areas upstairs.
