Crown Isle Real Estate Overview
Crown Isle real estate offerings hit the market in the early 1990s. The first single family lot sold on the MLS in August of 1992 on Royal Vista Way. A total of 871 acres will be developed around this residential golf course community. New construction will be ongoing for years to come as the area continues to expand. Crown Isle accounts for about 5% of the home sales in the Comox Valley. In 2019, the average single-family home sold for approximately $800,000. While some homes in the area are stratas (condos, patio homes and bare land), the vast majority are freehold ownership. Some homes have views of the Comox Glacier. All homes are subject to a building scheme. Crown Isle is located on an 871 acre housing development in Courtenay, BC. This community of fine homes borders a high end golf course. Some homes are just off the fairways while others are situated well off the golf course and surrounded by fine homes. This area can be accessed from Crown Isle Drive off of Ryan Road by the Cosco, from Malahat Drive off of Lerwick Drive, and from Idiens Way off of either Lerwick or Anderton Road. 2020 should represent opportunities for both home sellers and buyers.
